This is a Call for Review of a proposed recharter for the Web 
Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Interest Group:

There are no new deliverables with licensing obligations under the W3C 
Patent Policy.
Current group participants would not need to re-join under the new charter.

Changes to the current charter include:
* updating the mission to clarify its role in supporting other WAI groups;
* updating coordination to include a liaison with Internationalization;
* reducing Team Contact time from 10% to 8%.

Proposed Team Contact time is 0.08 FTE, funded by HHS/NIDILRR 
<https://www.w3.org/WAI/Core2015/>.

The Interest Group's current charter [2] is hereby extended until 20 
November 2020, to accommodate the charter review period.

The group is chaired by Katie Haritos-Shea (Knowbility). More
