You need at least one of the following: Worth noting, however, that quite paradoxically if links are indistinguishable from static text (even using the exact same color), they don't fail any SC (as it's a problem that nominally affects everybody, not just users with disabilities...though keyboard and AT users actually have an edge over mouse/touch/sighted users, as they can at least navigate easily to/between links).
