WCAG 2.1 SC 1.4.1 Use of color covers additional visual cues for
identifying links. You need at least one of the following:

1. Color contrast between the link and the surrounding text is at least 3:1
and an additional differentiation is provided when the link is hovered or
receives focus.
2. Underline
3. Easily perceivable font difference.
4. Adjacent icon
5. Appear in a commonly used location for links, such as header and footer
navigation menus.
