Hello, I'm auditing a credit card error page and I was wondering if a start over link is an accessibility requirement? This link when clicked would take the user back to the beginning of the transaction. I'm assuming it is not because 2.4.5 Multiple Ways (Level AA) states more than one way is available to locate a Web page within a set of Web pages except where the Web Page is the result of, or a step in, a process. I'm also questioning this because the benefits listed on https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/multiple-ways.html make it seem as if it should be included on this type of page. Any information is helpful! Thanks, Angela Davis Information Technology Specialist 2 NYS Office of Information Technology Services Citizen Services Cluster | Application Systems Engineering
