(unknown charset) RE: Screen Readers | Rate = Words Per Minute

Just as a contrast to the information below.
I use a  xerox reading edge as the synthesizer for all the screen readers 
on my  computer.
Because the unit is hardware also providing stand alone book reading, it 
has a control on its side that sets things as words per minute.  For 
example i am writing and reading e-mails  at 350 right now.
While I may be wrong I believe the words per minute may best  flow when the 
synthesizer providing the voice is  hardware not software.
I cannot speak for windows, I do not and have never used it.
