Hi Ajay, If you're looking for international standards you might check out ISO 9241 Ergonomics of human-system interaction, Part 171: Guidance on software accessibility. A few members of this working group also helped develop that standard. ISO 9241-171 is generally applicable to all types of software that interact with humans, including desktop, mobile, and web-based applications.
