EPUB readers and WAI-ARIA

Quite a few devices and programs can access EPUB documents, but my
suspicion is that most of them aren't tracking HTML5 and WAI-ARIA.
Does anyone have any current knowledge, recommendations for tools
that work well for blind readers, etc?
