Color frequency and wavelengths

Hi everyone,

I'm curious whether there are laws, regulations or guidelines about color
uses beside color contrast that is already defined in WCAG 2.0. For
example: certain color that is used on the website can cause migraines or
eye strains to users although it pass color contrast.
