Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I guess I wasn't really clear. I am using firefox and have 3 different bars that I am attempting to use for testing, Web Accessibility Evaluator, Wave toolbar and Web Developer. The Wave toolbar does not seem to have any validation options the other two, when I select "Validated CSS or HTML" will send me to http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=www.blahh.com where the issue arises that the only thing it tests is the error page / Authorization Required since from the servers perspective the validator website has not entered any username/password. I think I may have to login and copy-paste the HTML as the solution. I just hope it will do it properly (I did it recently and pulled up like 200 errors on one application site).
