After listening to Tim Berners-Lee last night, I realize my last
letters have been contentious.

I disagree with WCAG WG and think they have made a mistake on SC
1.3.1, but they are competent and very hard working people who have
made and keep making a profound contribution to the community.  I have
the greatest respect for this group, even the members I disagree with
most.
