Re: ICT accessibility on the municipal level

i'd be happy to put you in touch with two UK local government agencies
(County Council level), that I have worked very closely with over the past
few years - both of whom have very comprehensive policies on accessibility
(public / internal facing web sites, hard and software for the use by staff
members).
