A HTML 4 plus WAI-ARIA DTD is available from
http://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/schemata/. This can be used to validate pages
that use ARIA and otherwise are intended to conform to HTML 4. Note this
is just a draft DTD and is not meant to be directly referenced, it
should be downloaded. It is not expected to have official standing in
HTML 4 since that language is not being maintained anymore. But
hopefully it fills the validation need. If you have any thoughts about
this DTD, consider submitting a comment to the Protocols and Formats
Working Group via http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/comments/.
