Please take a look at the following sample site: http://www.cdfa.ca.gov/Specialty_Crop_Competitiveness_Grants//index.html I know that I thought 2.4.4 case was closed with PDF's, but a discovery on my site to a government's site reveateled the following: Scenario: I have a link to a government site that is similar to 2008 Grant Award I, 2008 Grant Award II, and 2007 Grant Information. It "used to be" one document from my own local agency. The reason. A few years ago at the actual government agency, they decided to split their document (one PDF) into seperate documents. If the State of California split the Grant Information PDF from one PDF to three PDF's, each with a subsection of the original document, what are my 2.4.4 options? Question: Is it a must that I create three seperate text links instead of the original, or is there another option/workaround to this? I understand that the word (PDF format) in the text link is required.
