Thank you for understanding! * Hello. My name is Cristina Vasilica, student at Salford University, working on a dissertation project that aims to highlight how business posses barriers on disabled people by not making their online services accessible. *The aim of this research is to investigate and test e-commerce websites and their compliance with accessibility standards and to research disabled people’s needs and gather solutions for overcoming online barriers. One of the important elements of my research is to establish a panel of disabled people who can provide valuable and comprehensive feedback on the actual usage of websites. I have enclosed a list of questions and I would be grateful if you could provide your responses where possible. ** * http://www.surveymethods.com/EndUser.aspx?BE9AF6E8B7FEE3EA *Your input will be of great assistance in the preparation of my dissertation and you will be acknowledged as one who provided assistance and input to the project.
