We at Deque.com have released this as a free one page at a time service.  We
also have a pay as you go service that we will be starting; as well as, an
enterprise solution that is available now but this provides a good free one
page analysis for Section 508 or the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

We are also adding some hooks so that you can tie this in closer with the
browser.  We are working on a firefox add on and google toolbar buttons.
