You probably ought to take active steps to identify and list all relevant copyrights. Also, you can only do it to the extent that there is a valid exemption from copyright. If that's based on a claim of fair use/fair dealing, you will need to ensure that you reproduce the absolute minimum needed for the purpose for which it is used. You will need to be particularly careful of photographs, as they are likely to be stock images, and image libraries are particularly sensitive about copyright. IANAL TINLA.
