Announcing Michael Cooper as new W3C/WAI staff member

Dear WAI Interest Group Participants:

Michael Cooper has joined the staff of W3C/WAI as Staff Contact for the 
Protocols and Formats Working Group (PFWG). Michael will also replace Wendy 
Chisholm as Staff Contact for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 
Working Group (WCAG WG) starting in July.
