Got a url for the Justice Department opinion and the appeal you referenced? Cheryl D. Wise Certified Professional Web Developer MS-MVP-FrontPage www.wiserways.com mailto: cdwise@wiserways.com 713.353.0139 Office _____ From: Jim Thatcher The Justice Department has issued an opinion that the ADA applies to web businesses. Now the New York Attorney General has taken an action based on that premise. There has been one Judge who has decided otherwise, a decision that is under appeal. That is better than 2 to 1 as I count it.
