Guilty as charged. My fast-fingered response was due to the fact that Tina *didn't* point out the problem, only referred to it. That comment about little yellow boxes to check for alt text is just plain stupid... the author clearly is mis-informed or ill-informed, and lacks credibility. Remember however that GAWDS is a volunteer organization, and as such prone to these types of "errors". None-the-less Jim Bryne should be commended for his work in establishing the Guild... we can't always expect him to police everything on the site, although this particular article/opinion piece *SHOULD* be addressed (Jim??). As a member of GAWDS, I must say it reflects poorly on GAWDS and on serious accessibility practitioners in general.
