I've had reasonable results with Editize http://www.editize.com
However, it's a java applet, and currently has no built in support
for acronyms,abbreviations, or any other fancy stuff. Unfortunately,
it also strips these out if you attempt to enter them manually in
code view.

XStandard is looking interesting. Never tried it, but hear good
things about it. http://xstandard.com/
