Vague subjects are also a spam indicator; your subject probably needed to be a little more precise, although it's not as bad as some in this respect. Certainly I've almost deleted items from this thread on more than one occasion. PS Code point 0x92 in ISO 8859/1 is a control character, and even if you had correctly identified the character set as Windows 1252, some people don't have support for that.
