with http://validator.w3.org

can anyone show me an example of where in SVG, RDF should be placed to 
validate.

one method is: http://www.peepo.co.uk/res/030831.svg which does 
validate, but may well not parse for RDF

using <metadata> within SVG seems to produce a lot of xmlns and rdf 
errors, as per first example.
