Matthew, if you have the Word source for your document, the most reliable way to produce accessible PDF is to use the "Convert to PDF" button implemented by Acrobat 5.0. I thought Word could also generate HTML output. Information on making accessible PDF can be found at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/solutionsacc.html Lisa, what software do you use to generate the PDF files? and how are you converting them to HTML?
