Dear Michael, I reviewed your sample menu with Window-Eyes 4.211 Pro. When I hit the down arrow key the page has to keep on re-loading when it opens up a new menu, and appears to do it again for the first item in the sub-menu. This is rather annoying, especially since I am forced to listen to all the items in every sub-menu. I'm not able to say, "I'm not interested in reading options under 'Government'" I have to listen to every link in every menu. Not very practical as far as a blind user goes.
