Dona, I'm sorry too that someone was rude to you and continues to be so in another post. Careful observation of the words of his recent reply seem to reveal personal issues of which he is unaware. I don't think this list is any different from any other open forum in the world - the world has in it many people that seem to need to bully others. You get this on Usenet too. But the proportion of people like that in communities like this is very low. The personal issue is his, not yours so it would be a shame if you were put off from asking for help or asking questions or anyone else put off for that matter.
