ACCESS isn't for "most" users it is for ALL users who need or want to use
it.
   by percentage far more people use Linux, Mac, BSD, Unix and other
operating systems. than there are by % wheelchair users, so why should
there be ramps, or sign language interperters, MOST people don't need
those things.
