I have a 508 question on streaming media. Is it acceptable for a live video and audio web cast to have a text file link from the same page available shortly after the cast? Currently the transcript is not available for about an hour after the briefing is completed. For on demand video, must the text of the briefing be synchronized as the video doesn't portray any significant content beyond the text / audio. Please don't say "Why are you broadcasting it if it doesn't have significant added content value". Thanks. Jamie Fox Chief Web Applications Consultant (202) 647-5127
