<wai-xtech@w3.org>.  You can find previous threads there with [archive] in the
subject.

There is no way for you to have known that.  Just please would you do this
now,
and anybody else who can remember if they have this kind of an issue in the
future you can write to <listmaster@w3.org> or you can write to
listname-request@w3.org _with a subject line beginning with Re: whatever_ to
get human attention to your problem with the lists and archives.

For accessibility issues and issues of suitability as WAI groupware or
infrastructure, we can compare notes on the wai-xtech list.

Maybe, depending on your browser setup.

Nothing on the site.  If you fail to get your message distributed, it most
likely didn't get archived either.  There may be something in your
implementation of mailto: URLs in your browser that can help.  If it lets you
add to the Cc: list when you use one of the mailto: links on the page, add
extra Cc: to both <listmaster@w3.org> and <asgilman@iamdigex.net>.
