The Access Board's accessibility guidelines have a page or so on accessible Javascript: http://www.access-board.gov/sec508/guide/1194.22.htm#(l) It's more targeted at javascript href calls and event handlers, and goes on the assumption that the user will be using a Javascript-enabled browser, but it does give nice code snippet examples.
