RE: Bobby is not working

Mike,

Just so you know, the Bobby server does occasionally go down when large gov
and military sites run scripts to test from our server rather than use the
download version of Bobby.  We occasionally have to lock out users that
ignore our requests to use the client version.

It may have been down for a bit.
