Hi Steven, Yeah, I actually have a good idea of how to word the alt tags and d links, I just need to know how to provide the link to the information. Are d links used in pdf files? Can someone show me an example? Alt tags (using the make accessible plugin) will not work since they have a limit to the number of characters (225) Thanks, Dona Patrick > -----Original Message----- > From: Steven McCaffrey [SMTP:SMCCAFFR@MAIL.NYSED.GOV] > Sent: Friday, July 13, 2001 1:47 PM > To: Dona Patrick; w3c-wai-ig@w3.org > Subject: Re: images in pdf files > > Hi Dona: > > For some examples of how to describe the information, even if the > tool might not help, see > popchart.com > > -Steve > > Steve mcCaffrey > ITS > NYSED > > > > >>> Dona Patrick <patrickd@calib.com> 07/13/01 12:28PM >>> > Does anyone have experience with describing charts and graphs (bar, > pie and line) in PDF files.
