On the House Committee on the Judiciary website I found the following: "The Committee on the Judiciary is now able to provide the opportunity for the public to listen to Judiciary Committee Hearings via their work stations using Windows Media Player. The Committee's weekly schedule will provide links to those hearings being covered. These links will only work during the time that a hearing is being held." I did not see actual links to the audio, but they should be located at http://www.house.gov/judiciary/schedule.htm. If C-SPAN is not covering the Hearing on the ADA and the Internet then try the above link.
