Hello Kathleen and all: If C-Span decides not to cover the hearing, should we do something to get media attention? I am astonished that I have not heard of this hearing outside the disability news community, and those mostly online sources. To date, I have not heard a single story on this hearing. Even from those news sources that traditionally pride themselves on covering what the mainstream news media does not cover. Have I missed a story or two? should we be concerned about this? -Steve >>> "Kathleen Anderson" <kathleen.anderson@po.state.ct.us> 02/08/00 08:46AM >>> E-mail response from C-SPAN - they gave me the same information on the phone. ----- Original Message ----- From: <MAMEY@c-span.org> To: <kathleen@snet.net> Sent: Tuesday, February 08, 2000 8:50 AM Subject: RE: Wednesday's House Judiciary Hearing on the ADA and the Internet > Programming is primarily determined day by day....you can find out whether > or not we're covering that hearing tomorrow this way > Tonight, go to www.c-span.org > click on GUIDE TO PROGRAMS > click on SCHEDULES > click on CAMERA ASSIGNMENTS > The list of events to be covered tomorrow can be found there... > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Kathleen Anderson [mailto:kathleen@snet.net] > Sent: Monday, February 07, 2000 9:25 PM > To: viewer@c-span.org > Subject: Wednesday's House Judiciary Hearing on the ADA and the Internet > > > Are you planning on covering the House Judiciary Subcommittee Hearing > Wednesday afternoon on the ADA and the Internet? > Kathleen Anderson > email: kathleen@snet.net > > >
