All,
are there not other laws that apply here as well, not just the ADA? I
believe there are several applicable laws when it comes to universities.
And I also believe they can lose all their federal grants across the board
if they violate these laws.

WL: In much the same way as all civil rights legislation "violates" that
amendment by prohibiting discriminatory behavior in violation of
"states' rights" - the old "we know what's best for our Nigrahs"
