Hi, I've heard from a professor at SFSU that there has been little media coverage on this. As you can imagine, SFSU is not looking for this issue to become very public since it could become a PR mess, e.g. the unviersity depriving disabled students. Basically, SFSU is attempting to defend itself against an ADA lawsuit by claiming that the ADA violates the 11th Amendment and is therefore at least partly unconstitutional. Scott
