Can anyone give me a recommendation on the best way to make an accessible side navigation bar (sidebar)? Our graphics division has made a beautiful graphic to use as a new sidebar on our site that we'd like to include on every page as a navigation system. I've read about imagemaps with alt-text discussed on this list -- is that the best way to go about it? Our site interface has been "stale" for a while, and beginning to look a bit outdated. We are endeavoring to do our best to marry a snazzy new interface with accessibility. Please and thanks for the help!
