Real Networks has information on their web site for close captioning - URL
is at office
Text streaming is or will be done by www.tvontheweb.com go to able channel
and contact Jeff Pledger. CSUN has a video with text streaming on Kennedy's
speech - contact them for more.

I hear close captioning is just not there yet for the web - not stable and
it crashes frequently.
