Regarding our missed subgroup meetings on 7/15/2025

During our July 15th 2025 AGWG meeting, our effort to finalizing terminology continued well past the first hour, and took up the time originally intended for subgroup work.  We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, and we do intend to make such occurrences an exception rather than becoming the norm.  The subgroup work is very important, and the chairs will work diligently to ensure that we keep scheduled time available for the subgroups to use.

The next AGWG call on July 22nd, 2025 will keep the second hour of meeting time dedicated to subgroup work.
