New Discussion Open on GitHub

Hello,

The chairs have started a new discussion on GitHub on how to document "sufficient" coverage<https://github.com/w3c/wcag3/discussions/109>.  This builds on our previous conversations. We will introduce it today to ensure everyone understands the topic and discuss it in depth next week.

Please take a some time this week to consider the question and post suggestions and concerns. As the conversation proceeds please also give a thumbs up or thumbs down to various ideas that are raised.
