REVIEW WCAG2ICT: Please review the latest changes

Hi AGWG members,

The purpose of this email is to request your review of the latest changes to WCAG2ICT.  A few weeks ago the WCAG2ICT Task Force introduced the First Public Working Draft of the updated WCAG2ICT document, and since that time the Task Force has been reviewing and approving any suggestions and substantive changes to the document.

We believe that we have implemented all AGWG member changes, and request your additional review of the following:

We are having some challenges using DIFF.  As such, we are highlighting the following specific changes to make member review easier:

The changes were to the guidance for the following SC in this section:

     *   1.4.10 Reflow
     *   2.1.1 Keyboard
     *   2.4.2 Page Titled
     *   3.3.1 Error Identification


Other changes to this section are editorial.
