Right, that’s true, so if we say:

You must do A, B, C, <at risk>and D</at risk>. Then we could wind up with:

You must do A, B, C, and D.
You must do A, B, and C.

Even with that, I think that people should consider whether the changes discussed are more important than staying the course with the current CR.

From discussion with Michael, you don’t have to drop an SC if you specify in advance what the alternative is (which we learned from last time!)

E.g. the ‘new feature’ to drop would be the changed text, and we revert back to the previous one, if specified in advance.
