Either requires re-entering CR, so we might as well go with the best version we can.

The language gets quite tricky if we say “twice the size”, e.g.
“is at least twice as large as the area of a 1 CSS pixel<https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/#dfn-css-pixels> thick perimeter<https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/#dfn-perimeter> of the unfocused component or sub-component”

I read that and think, “why isn’t it just 2 CSS pixels”?
