I said I’d let the list know of a post-meeting update, in dragging, where based on the comments it is now:
“This criterion does not prohibit the use of text-input, for example, tapping on a text field to open a system virtual keyboard. In that scenario an onscreen keyboard is typically triggered when the user selects a text-input. However, that is unlikely to help directly with a drag and drop interaction even if it supports keyboard interaction such as arrow keys.”
