[Issue Severity 2 subgroup] meeting agenda, week 1

Hi, all

Here’s the agenda for this week’s Issue Severity 2 subgroup meeting:


  1.  Quick intros.
  2.  Review the goal<https://github.com/w3c/silver/wiki/Issue-Severity-2-Subgroup> we have to work towards.
  3.  Get the group up to speed with the previous group’s work.
  4.  Review the questions that came out (i.e. what was in the editor’s note), and work on those.
  5.  Agree any “homework” for week two.
