[issue severity] meeting on August 17, week 5

Hi, all

The Issue Severity subgroup will be meeting this Wednesday at 11am Eastern. Minutes of previous meetings are on our Wiki page<https://github.com/w3c/silver/wiki/Issue-Severity-Subgroup>. We will be:


  1.  continuing to work on two ideas: “critical issues per method” and “issue prioritization, post-testing”,
  2.  planning for the AGWG presentation.
