 1. Announcements
     1. TPAC Registration is open. Early Bird registration closes on 5
        August.  It is a substantial discount, so register early whether
        you are attending in person or virtually.
     2. AGWG is changing to a scribe list for scribing
     3. WCAG 2.2 is looking for implementation testers
 2. Scoping Presentation & Discussion - This slide deck

    the results of research and prototypes done by the scoping group.
 3. Subgroups were introduced and gave an update on what each group is
    working on.
 4. Silver Task Transition plans were overviewed
 5. Michael Cooper gave an overview of the Functional Needs document. 
    There was some feedback from the group who have been using it for
    categorization.  He also reviewed future plans for the work.
