To deal with an objection, I’m proposing an update to the user-agent bullet:

“User agent control: The size of the target and target offset is determined by the user agent and is not modified by the author;”

(Adding “and target offset” https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/2534/files ).

Call For Consensus — ends Wednesday Monday July 4th at midday Boston time.

The Working Group has previously discussed the WCAG 2.2 SC Target Size (Min) and the Normative text needs to be approved by CFC.

It can be previewed in the editor’s draft:
