[Silver] Minutes of Silver meeting of 27 May 2022

== Summary ==

The group used the Zoom breakout rooms to work on two more WCAG2 SCs for 
migration analysis.

  * Audio Description

    - Janina spoke to the need to do more analysis than a straight port
    of WCAG2 because the technology changed in HTML5 to allow different
    sets of descriptions for different audiences.
  * Low or No Background Audio
    <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1N7m-bJn9RcrVNS6BITpl8KFl_Tx3H6TFIGcN8uAy-Sg/>
    - There was some overlap of perception functional needs and
    cognitive needs for identifying virtual space.  This may be better
    addressed with the ability to control the background volume.  Janina
    noted the research done of syncing vision and background audio for
    better lip reading.
