Wilco – mostly because it was draft by different people at different times!

I’ve aligned those (commit<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/2485/commits/5c8108e331b7bad195f51b1f2c7aacba0f2be4bb>) as Detlev suggested, although it isn’t showing in the preview yet.

Why does the second bullet have "all the following" on it, and the word "and" at the end of all but the last sub-item, but the first bullet does not?

None of the requirement bullets have changed at all, it is just starting it with a “one or both of the following are true” format.

The question is: Does this improve the readability of the SC?
