Re: Focus-appearance structure

It may not be completely clear that "one or both of the following is 
true:" appies to the entire section (1) and (2) and not the elements 
within those sections. Maybe everyone else thinks it is clear, then 
forget this. One way to make it more unambiguous would be to add AND at 
the end of the first two of the three bullets in each group - that then 
clearly ties them together.
